This just takes time and practice.

  1. Start with one end in your right hand; wrap the rest of the belt around your middle two times.
  2. Tuck the remaining length of belt under the first two layers right in front of your navel, and pull the end up towards your chin. This is the "upper end."
  3. Check to make sure the two ends of the belt are the same length.
  4. Now make an "x" with the two ends, keeping the upper end on top.
  5. Tuck the upper end under-and-up through the hole in the "x."
  6. Pull tight to the sides.
